Description
Havana House is a house, now divided, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a graded slate roof. The building stands three storeys high with integral brick end stacks. The façade is arranged in a 1:1:1 bay configuration, with a central break. It has glazing bar sashes with painted stone cills and lintels, and a central first-floor sash that is boxed. The attic sashes have been replaced by 20th-century two-light metal casements. The entrance features a central 20th-century panelled door with a rectangular overlight, along with the remains of an early 19th-century wooden doorcase that has reeded pilaster strips. There is also a late 20th-century Tuscan porch. The building was formerly listed under Highgate.
