The former farmhouse at The Leasowes, likely dating from the 17th century, has been converted into two cottages. It features a timber frame and brick construction with a tiled roof and brick stacks. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has three casement windows on the front. A sham timber frame bay has been added to the right-hand side.
