Hyde Farm House is a 16th and 17th century house located in Ditton Priors. The house is constructed of stone, brick, and timber framing, with a tiled roof. It features a central brick stack with an armorial achievement at its base. The main part of the house is a single storey with an attic, and has three casement windows. A wing extends from the rear.
