The building is a former barn and adjoining hop kilns located west of Court Farmhouse, likely dating from the 18th century. The structure features a stone ground floor with a timber frame and painted brick above, along with small casement windows and a hipped tile roof. At one end, there are twin round hop kilns made of red brick, each topped with a slate conical roof.
