This is a small barn and a round hop kiln dating from the 17th to 18th centuries, constructed of stone rubble. The barn has a slate roof with gable ends. A round hop kiln adjoins the barn and has a conical roof made of corrugated iron. The building is included in the listing for its group value alongside Upper Woodend and its barns and hop kiln.
