Description
The Pritchard Monument, located about 25 yards south of the Church of St Michael, is a chest tomb dedicated to Benjamin Pritchard, who died in 1811. It is made of sandstone and features a moulded plinth and cornice, along with a low hipped capping. The tomb has raised inscription panels that are flanked by husk-drops. Additionally, there are bold flat corner balusters, each adorned with a relief of a palm on its face.
