Description
The barn and cider mill located immediately south of White House Farmhouse is an 18th-century structure featuring a timber frame with red brick infill and a plain tile roof that is hipped over the south end. It has central opposed square-headed cart entries. On the east side, there are large lozenge-shaped ventilation panels flanking the door, along with a band of smaller similar panels in the upper part. Inside, the barn consists of four bays supported by tie-beam trusses with struts. The cider house on the left retains its stone mill and mill wheel, and the hip of the roof is formed by a lateral and central truss with curved principals.
