Description
Upper Bridge is a farmhouse, now a house, dating from the 18th century and altered in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed dressed rubble with a stone tiled roof that is laid in diminishing courses, featuring brick stacks at each end. The building has two storeys, an attic with dormers, and a cellar. It consists of three bays, with main window openings that have cambered heads. On the ground floor, there is a 3-light and a 4-light casement, while the first floor has two 3-light casements and a central 2-light casement. Above, there is a central gabled brick dormer with a 2-light casement. The central entrance features a cambered head and a 20th-century door. To the left of the front elevation, there is a cellar door, and a lean-to outshut is located at the rear right.
