Description

Lyseasons Cottage is a detached house that likely dates from the late 17th century, with extensions and alterations made in the 18th and 19th centuries. The building features a timber frame with rendered infill panels and has thatched roofs. A brick stack projects from the left side. The cottage consists of two parts: on the right is a lower single storey and attic section, which has two 20th-century casement windows and eyebrow dormers, along with a central 20th-century door located under a lean-to open porch. On the left is a two-storey T-plan section, which also has 20th-century casement windows and a projecting timber-framed porch, as well as a lean-to conservatory on the gable end.
