Slate roof with one end hipped. 2 storeys. 4 windows, Casements with glazing bars, flat brick arches with keyblocks, left hand 1st floor lintel. 2 segmental headed doorway. Right hand ground floor sash with glazing bars. Probably originally stables to Northleigh. Included for group value.
