This is an early 18th century red brick barn located immediately north of Mintridge Farmhouse. It features steps leading to a loft door and has a brick band. The roof is covered with machine tiles and has gable ends. The barn is included for its group value, as it forms part of a collection with Mintridge Farmhouse and the stables to the north, along with other barns to the north and northeast.
