Description

Hackley Farmhouse is a house dating from around 1620. It has a timber frame that is faced in weatherboarding and features a tile roof with gables on each side. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has casement windows. Inside, the staircase is notable for its unusual design, which includes framing made of moulded posts, a rail, and a string with turned balusters between the framing.
