Description
Acacia House is a late 18th-century house located on Bingham Road, Cotgrave. It is constructed of whitewashed brick with a slate roof, featuring two red brick gable stacks. The roofline has brick coping with kneelers and dentil eaves. The house is two storeys high with a garret, and comprises three bays. The central bay has a doorway with a glazing bar door and overlight, flanked by single tripartite glazing bar casements, the left-hand one being lower. Above are two tripartite glazing bar casements with a single, smaller, similar casement in the centre. All windows are set within segmental arches. Rear two-storey extensions are present.
