Description

This is an early 19th century house on Main Street, Keyworth. It is constructed of red brick with a decorative machine tile roof and has two red brick gable stacks. The house is two and a half storeys high and originally comprised three bays. The central doorway has a panelled door, overlight, and hood. Single sash windows are located on either side of the doorway, with two similar sashes above and a single small central sash. All ground floor and first floor windows have wedge lintels and key blocks. The upper windows are tripartite casements with a single smaller central casement. A single-storey, single-bay extension, built in the 20th century using red brick and concrete pantiles, is set back to the left.
