Description

The Church of All Saints is a parish church dating from the 11th century, with elements from the 13th century, and was restored in 1889 and 1952. It features a nave and chancel under a continuous roof, along with a small western bell tower. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and has a plain tile roof. It has quoins and a west front that includes a projecting square tower with a single chamfered lancet. Above this, there is a pointed bell opening on both the east and west sides, topped by a pyramidal stone spire.

To the northwest, there is a 20th-century lean-to vestry that has a two-light mullion window on the west side. The north wall of the chancel contains a small chamfered window and a pair of small chamfered lancets without a mullion. To the east, there is a 19th-century ashlar buttress. The east front showcases two tall buttresses, with a central chamfered three-light pointed arch window featuring a hood mould.

On the south front, there is a buttress, followed by a pair of pointed lancets, another buttress, and another pair of pointed lancets under a flat hood with trefoil tracery. This is followed by another buttress, a pair of pointed and chamfered lancets, another buttress, and a chamfered pointed arched doorway with moulded impost blocks. The doorway contains a 19th-century blank door with ornate iron hinges, and there is a wooden gabled porch on low stone walls, above which is a two-light chamfered mullion window.

Inside, there is an 11th-century stone font with a circular bowl decorated with blind arching that is badly worn. The interior also features 19th-century pews, a pulpit, an altar rail, a reredos, choir stalls, and the roof, as well as a 20th-century organ.
