Description

A pair of headstones from 1728 is located 10 meters south of the east end of the nave at the Church of St. Peter. Both headstones are made of slate. The headstone on the left is slightly tapered and features an incised angel at the top, along with four lines of verse dedicated to Hannah Cooke. The headstone on the right has a square top with an incised angel and the text "To Die is Gain," along with six lines of verse dedicated to Page Smith.
