Description

The Homestead is a house built around 1800. It features red stretches and white headers beneath a glazed pantile roof with a double ridge, four gable stacks, and dentilled eaves. The building has two storeys and three bays, with the outer window bays slightly projecting. The central doorway includes a panelled door and a three-pane rectangular overlight, flanked by single pilasters that support a flat hood with a wooden bracket. On either side of the door are single glazing bar sashes, with three similar sashes above, the central one being slightly narrower.
