It is constructed of brick, with sections whitewashed and rendered, and has gabled and hipped roofs covered with plain tiles and pantiles. A brick plinth is present, along with cogged and dentillated eaves and coped gables. There are two side wall stacks and two external gable stacks. The building is arranged over two storeys plus garrets, forming an L-shaped plan.

The street front has, to the left, a lower two-storey addition with a gabled section to the right. The windows are glazing bar Yorkshire sashes, sashes, and casements, all with segmental or round heads. The front has a Yorkshire sash, a sash with a segmental head, and two sashes and a door, all with segmental heads. Above, there’s a casement and a sash with a round head, and two sashes and a casement.

The garden front features a door with a segmental head, flanked by two sashes to the left and a Yorkshire sash to the right. Above, a small sash is present. The rear elevation includes a gabled wing to the left with a casement, and a lean-to single-storey addition in the return angle, containing a Yorkshire sash and a door with a segmental head.
