Description

The lychgate and railings at the Church of St. George in North Clifton are constructed from gault brick, forming a dwarf wall topped with cast iron coping. The wall is approximately 30 meters long and features mid-19th century wrought iron railings. At the center, there is a decorative wrought iron lych gate adorned with a curved sheet metal frieze that bears the inscriptions: "I am the Resurrection and the Life" and "I know that my Redeemer liveth." Additionally, the lychgate is topped with a decorative wrought iron gable cross.
