Description
Trent Lane Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a steeply pitched pantile roof, a brick plinth, dentillated eaves, coped gables, and three gable stacks, along with one off-centre ridge stack. The building has two storeys with garrets.
On the west side, there is an off-centre 20th-century glazed door, flanked to the west by a 20th-century two-light glazing bar casement and a 20th-century three-light glazing bar casement beyond that. To the east, there is another 20th-century three-light glazing bar casement, all of which have segmental heads. Above these, there is a central 19th-century three-light glazing bar Yorkshire sash, flanked to the west by a 20th-century three-light glazing bar casement and to the east by another 19th-century three-light glazing bar Yorkshire sash.
The east range features an off-centre 20th-century door, with one glazing bar sash on each floor, both having stone sills and lintels.
