Description

Holme Farm House is an early 19th-century farmhouse. It is constructed primarily of red brick, with some ashlar detailing, and has a slate roof. The house features two red brick gable stacks and raised ashlar coped gables with dogtooth eaves. The main part of the house is two storeys high and three bays wide. The central doorway has a six-panelled door and a traceried fanlight, flanked by fluted pilasters with carved brackets supporting an open pediment. Single glazing bar sashes are located on either side of the doorway, with three matching sashes above, all with flush wedge brick lintels. A two-storey wing extends to the rear.
