2/32 Beauvale Abbey Farm- house (formerly 14.5.52 listed as part of Beauvale Priory)

Farmhouse. C16, C17, C19. Built with materials quarried from Beauvale Priory. Coursed and squared rubble, partly pebbledashed and tile hung. Plain tile roof. 3 gable and single ridge stacks. 2 storeys, 3 unequal bays. Windows are mainly C20 glazing bar casements. East front has off-centre door with tile hood, flanked by single casements. To right, a door and 2 casements. Above, 3 casements. Rear elevation has to left, 2 casements. To right, projecting parallel rear range with a casement on each floor, both with segmental heads. 'Above, to left, 3 casements. North gable has small blocked opening and to right, 2 small casements. Above, 2 similar casements. Tile hung double south gable has a casement.
