Description
Greenbank is a house dating from the early 19th century, constructed of brick with a hipped pantile roof. It features stone sills, dentillated eaves, and two side wall stacks, with all openings having rubbed brick heads. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, along with a single storey lean-to range at the rear, also made of brick and topped with a pantiled roof. The central entrance has a plain door case with a glazing bar overlight, which contains a 20th-century flush door. This entrance is flanked by single plain sash windows, and on the upper floor, there are three similar sash windows. On the right side of the house, there is a 19th-century panelled door, with a single Yorkshire sash window above it that has a segmental head.
