Description
Hodsock Manor Farm is a house dating from the late 18th century, constructed of red brick. It features a hipped tile roof with a large central red brick ridge stack and dogtooth eaves, and it is set on an ashlar plinth. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, with the central bay projecting. There is a raised brick and dentil band at the first floor level. The central bay contains a recessed two-storey arched panel with a single tripartite glazing bar sash. To the left, there is a small casement window, and further left, a single glazing bar Yorkshire sash with a glazing bar over light. To the right, there is another single sash window. In the re-entrant angle between the central and right bays, there is a wood and glazed porch with a slate roof. Above the porch, in the arch, is a single central tripartite arched sash. To the left of this, there is a single glazing bar Yorkshire sash, and to the right, a single sash with marginal glazing bars. Slightly set back to the left is a one-and-a-half storey red brick lean-to, which has a single part-blocked fixed light and a single casement window above, both set under segmental arches.
