Description
Court House Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates from the 17th century, with late 18th century and 20th century alterations. It is constructed of red brick, with some sections made of limestone rubble. The roof is covered with pantiles and features decorated eaves and gable stacks.
The building is two storeys high and has a three-bay front from the 18th century, which includes a central doorway with a 20th century bracketed hood and a panelled door. The doorway is flanked by single glazing bar sash windows, and there are three glazing bar sash windows above, all of which have segmental heads. The lower sections of the return walls are made of coursed limestone rubble from the 17th century. There is also a 20th century extension at the rear.
