Description
Burbury House is an early to mid 19th-century building located on Morton Terrace. It is two storeys high and constructed of grey brick, topped with a hipped Welsh slate roof. The house features a plinth and has three windows, which are hung sashes with glazing bars. These windows have rusticated lintels with keystones and are set in shallow reveals. On the ground floor, there are two windows and an Ionic porch supported by columns. The entrance door has four panels and a fanlight with Gothic glazing, situated in an archway that includes plain pilasters and an archivolt, topped with a moulded head and keystone. Burbury House is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 12 (even).
