Description

These early to mid-19th century semi-detached houses, number 10 and number 12 Morton Terrace, are constructed of pale brick with a Welsh slate roof. The roofs are hipped, with slightly projecting end bays featuring pilasters and one window each. The central section has three pilasters and two windows. The windows are hung sashes, with glazing bars to number 10, and rendered carved lintels with keystones above. A moulded eaves cornice runs along the top of the building.

The ground floor features three canted stone bays and one rectangular bay. The doorways are stone, with attached columns and open pediments incorporating radiating fanlights. Number 10 has a six-panelled door, while number 12 has a half-glazed door. There are three brick stacks present.
