Description
The Rectory is a building dating from 1840, with 20th-century additions and alterations. It is constructed of yellow brick with ashlar dressings and features a hipped slate roof with two ridge stacks. The building has a parallel range and a three-bay, two-storey front. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed 20th-century door, which is sheltered by a 20th-century open porch supported by two plain columns and a plain entablature. This entrance is flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. Above the door, there are three similar glazing bar sash windows, all featuring plain splayed ashlar lintels. The side front includes two splayed bay windows with fluted pilasters at the corners and flat roofs, with three glazing bar sash windows located above.
