Description
No 42 on St Peter's Hill is a late 18th-century building that stands three stories tall. It is constructed of red brick and features a stone cornice below the parapet. The ground floor is entirely taken up by a modern plate glass front. On the upper floors, there are three windows, with a slightly projecting central bay that includes a central Venetian window. The side windows on the first floor have flat heads and concave-sided pediments. The central window on the second floor is semi-circular and divided into three lights.
