Description

This is a cross located in the churchyard to the southeast of the church in Claypole. It dates from the 14th century, with a refurbishment around 1916. The cross is made of limestone and features a rectangular plinth, an octagonal base, and the lower part of the shaft, all of which are from the 14th century. The knop and cross were restored in memory of those who served in the Great War.
