Description
Elms Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-17th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed from colourwashed coursed limestone rubble and features a concrete tiled roof, with a single ridge and gable stacks made of ashlar, and a gable topped with brick. The building is two storeys high and has a five-bay front. On the ground floor, there is a door on the left, followed by a single glazing bar sash, a canted bay window, another door, and another glazing bar sash, all of which have timber lintels. The first floor has four glazing bar sashes set into the eaves. Inside, the farmhouse includes chamfered beams with ogee stops.
