Description

Albion House is a mid-18th century building located on Albion Street. It stands three storeys tall and is constructed from local brick, which has been rendered and carved to resemble stone. The roof is modern. The facade features three windows, with the central window having a round head and no glazing bars. A notable feature is the doorcase designed in the Roman Ionic style, complete with an open modillion pediment and a small glazed semi-circular fanlight above a four-panel door. The surrounding wall is modern. Albion House is part of a group that includes Langtoft House, the former stables to Langtoft House, White House Chambers, and Nos 69 and 71 Willesby.
