Description
Cobblers Cottage is a house dating from the mid 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a pantile roof, with a single brick coped gable and kneelers on the east side. The building has a single ridge and two gable stacks, along with dentilated eaves. It is two storeys tall.
The front has a slightly off-centre 19th-century canted bay window with glazing bar casements. On either side of the bay window, there are two doorways: the left one has a plank door, while the right one features a four-panel half-glazed door. Beyond these doorways, there are single two-light sliding sash windows, all of which are set under segmental heads. Above, there are three two-light sliding sash windows at the eaves. This building is included in the register for its group value.
