Description
The stable, office, and traphouse at Grimblethorpe Hall, dating from the late 18th century, is currently used as garages and an office. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and features hipped slate and gabled pantile roofs. The building is two stories high and has three bays, with a granary above. To the left is a monopitch trap house, and to the right is a small single-storey office. The central entrance consists of a planked semi-circular headed door, flanked by single fixed glazing bar lights, with a planked segmental headed opening above on the first floor. To the left, there are two wide planked elliptical carriage doorways with impost blocks, while to the right, there is a half-glazed door and a two-light fixed glazing bar window.
