Description
Witham House is a house dating from the early 18th century, which was remodeled in the early 19th century and has 20th-century additions. It is constructed of rendered brick and features a steeply pitched hipped slate roof with two lateral rendered stacks. The house has two storeys plus an attic and consists of three bays. The central doorway has a panelled door and a traceried fanlight, and is framed by an open porch supported by single pilasters and topped with an open pediment. On either side of the doorway are single glazing bar sash windows with cambered heads, and above are three similar sashes, with the one over the doorway being narrower. The ground floor sashes have stucco wedge lintels. In the attic, there are two 20th-century flat dormers, each containing a single casement window.
