Description

Ivy House is an early 19th-century building located on the south side of James Street. It is two storeys high and constructed of brick, featuring two chimney stacks at the gable ends. The façade has five windows with stucco arches and hung sashes that include glazing bars. The entrance consists of a panelled door, which is mainly glazed and topped with a radiating fanlight, set within a stucco segmental-arched doorway. There is also a rear wing attached to the building.
