Description
This is a lodge cottage built in 1908 by Stockdale Harrison, serving Beaumont Hall. The lodge is constructed of brick and rough cast render, with a plain tiled roof. It presents as an asymmetrical composition of gables. The southern gable is wide and bellcast, with rough cast rendering and three-light casement windows on each floor, alongside a side wall stack. Adjacent to this, a central gabled porch juts out, creating a small room above the porch space. To the east of the porch is an asymmetrical gable with four-light casement windows, and a roofline that slopes down to the right, with a chimney stack piercing it. This gable, along with the porch gable, is tile hung.
