Description
Rosedale is a house dating from the 17th to early 18th century, with alterations and extensions made in the 19th century. It features a timber frame that is rendered at the front and exposed at the rear, with rendered infill. The front has a slate roof, while the rear is covered with old plain tiles and has brick ridge stacks. The building has a two-unit plan and is two stories high with a two-window range. There is a 20th-century door located on the far left, and tripartite sash windows on both the ground and first floors. An original two-light first-floor window, which has a wooden mullion, is blocked. To the left, there is a two-story, one-window 19th-century extension with a slate roof and a plain-tile roof. The frame of the house has square panels with struts to the wall plate.
