Description
Outwoods House is a house built in the mid to late 18th century. It features a red brick exterior and a half-hipped plain tile roof with two brick ridge stacks positioned to the left and right of the center. The building has two storeys and a cyma recta moulded eaves cornice. The front of the house has a regular arrangement of windows in a 2:1:2 pattern, with a central pedimented break. The windows are glazing bar sashes, although most of the glazing bars have been removed, leaving each window with only four panes. The windows also have wedge-shaped plaster lintels with raised key blocks. The central entrance features a six-panelled door, with the upper two panels being glazed. This door is set within a pilastered and pedimented doorcase that includes a fanlight.
