The rear range is brick with an ironstone plinth. It is two storeys high, with three bays. The central door has a lattice-glazed overlight within an open pediment featuring fluted shafts and an ogee arch. There are 16-light sash windows with flat-arched stuccoed surrounds, stressed keystones, and stone sills. Gable end stacks are present. The rear range is two and a half storeys high and has casement windows. A low brick garden wall is attached to the house and incorporates a small gateway with Regency wrought ironwork featuring acanthus leaf decoration.
