Description
Sunnydale Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and features a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays, with a gable on the left side. The centrally placed door has an overlight and console brackets supporting a flat canopy. The windows are four-light sashes that have been renewed but remain in their original cambered headed openings. Above the door and in the gable apex, there is a two-light window. The eaves are broad and have a dentilled band.
At the rear, there is a wing that is partially a barn, which includes a three-light casement window in the gable of the house, central double doors, and large square windows with cambered brick heads on either side. There are also two upper loading doors and buttresses flanking the central bay.
