Description

A pair of houses, likely originally a single dwelling, dating from around the 18th century, is located on Bell Lane in HUSBANDS BOSWORTH. The houses are constructed of painted brick with a roof originally thatched, now corrugated. They are two storeys high and feature four bays, with an additional bay to the left of the present doorway, and a blocked window or door between the two bays on the right. The windows are replacements within original openings, each with a cambered brick head. The windows are casements, consisting of two and three lights on each floor. A single blind window is present at first floor level. Number 32 comprises the right-hand bay and has its entrance on the side. The gables are stone-coped with moulded kneelers. Gable and axial stacks are present.
