Description

No. 48 is a cottage dated 1732, featuring dark headers in exposed brickwork on the gable wall. The building is rendered over brick and has a thatched roof covered with corrugated iron. It is 1½ storeys high and has a two-unit plan with a centrally placed doorway in a porch. The cottage also has casement windows with cambered brick heads.
