Description

Doone Cottage is a cottage, probably from the 17th century. It is rendered over what may be a timber frame and wattle and daub construction, topped with a thatched roof. The building has one and a half storeys and features a two-unit plan with a central doorway flanked by a three-light casement window on each side. Above, there are two slightly recessed eyebrow dormers. The cottage has gable end stacks.
