Description

Peatling Lodge Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1830. It is constructed of brick and features a Swithland slate roof. The building is two storeys high with a symmetrical facade consisting of three bays. The central entrance has a six-panelled door with an overlight, framed by an architrave with slim clustered shafts. On either side of the door are wide 16-light sash windows, which have very slight cambers to the brick arched heads on the ground floor. The upper windows are set within wooden architraves. The farmhouse has a wood eaves cornice and a low-pitched roof, with gable end stacks. There is a rear outshut and wing attached to the building.
