Description

The Knaptoft Church urn, dating from the mid-18th century, is made of ashlar stone. It features a deep curving basin with a moulded base and rim. This urn was moved from the nearby Shearsby Church in the early 20th century and is now located in the former nave of Knaptoft Church.
