Description
Gardens Farmhouse is a mid-18th century farmhouse with alterations from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with painted stone dressings and features plain brick bands on the first and second floors. The roof is steeply pitched, covered in plain tiles, and has brick gable stacks and a plain eaves band. The farmhouse is two storeys plus garrets, with three bays. The central doorcase has a 20th-century glazed door under a wedge lintel, with glazing bar sashes on either side also under wedge lintels. Above are three similar windows. The gable walls have horizontal sliding sashes lighting the garrets.
