Description
The Shrubbery is a house dating from around 1771, originally built as the mill-manager's residence. It is constructed from ashlar and has three storeys, featuring three sash windows. The entrance includes a segmental-headed recessed doorway and there are plain eaves above. The roof is covered with slates. A stepped perron leads up to the entrance, which is adorned with good iron railings and a scrolled lamp bracket.
