Description

The southern premises of Bill Lomas (Motor Cycles) Limited is an early 19th century coursed stone cottage located on Derby Road in Milford. It features a whitewashed facade and a shop window next to the William IV Public House. The building has a slate roof with brick chimneys and is two storeys tall. On the ground floor, there is a southern shop window, a central former carriageway with a segmental arch that now contains a door and window, and two additional windows beneath original stone lintels from a former door and sash window. The first floor has two windows with modern glazing. To the north, there is a single storey outshut with one window. This building is included for its group value.
