Description

The Windmill is a former windmill dated 1832, located on the east side of Station Road in South Luffenham. It is constructed from coursed rubble stone and features red brick dentilled eaves and cambered lintels. The structure has no roof or floors remaining and consists of four storeys, with a door and three window openings on the west and east sides, and a single ground floor opening on the north and south sides. Some tie beams are still present. A stone tablet above the west door indicates the date of construction as 1832.
